Flap is a compact and functional wall desk that revisits the classic secretary into a « hybrid » cabinet which meets today’s needs.
Living spaces tend to get smaller and smaller, but we still like to have a physical space in which to keep and file away documents and objects we consider important. Hence the need for versatile furniture.
To meet this need, Flap offers a dual functionality; closed it is a magazine rack where you can store documents, letters, small books and other objects. When opening the tilted door, Flap becomes a compact but functional work desk. This dual functionality makes it ideal where you need to save space.
Flap is made of mdf covered with oak veneer.
As a ‘plug & play’ option the user can opt to integrate a inner LED lighting system, a power supply for connecting all kinds of electronic devices and add a usb charging unit.
